We have a variety of rooms at Sands. Most are suites with 2 sleeping areas, but we also have some doubles, triples and single rooms. The style is modern not country house.

Views vary; some rooms have sea views, some country, some of the outdoor pool and some with restricted view. We will give you the room with the best view available at the time of booking.

We have four qualities of room:
STANDARD where childrens beds are in the same room
COMFORT suites with separate sleeping area for children
CONTEMPORARY suites with separate sleeping area for children plus extra facilities
APARTMENT 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a small lounge plus extra facilities

Our description This room can be used as a double or family room with disabled access and bathroom or as a standard family room where you want to keep the price as low as possible and dont mind sharing the sleeping space with yuor children.

Type King Size Double bedroom, Triple bedroom and Bunk bedroom. Small lounge and 2 bathrooms.
Our description A really big suite for large families, 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a small lounge gives plenty of space to spread out. Its on the ground floor so no stairs which is handy if you have a ot of young ones, but that does mean you only get a lawn view.

Our description A two room suite with a door between sleeping areas. TV in both rooms, Playstation 2 in the adult room and DVD player in childrens room. Ground floor so no stairs to climb but you dont then get a sea view.
